What finishes do your custom magnets come in?

Every custom magnet is printed on our premium Super Matte finish. It is a smooth, low-glare surface that keeps color rich and clean, hides fingerprints, and gives the magnet a soft, premium feel.

What shapes can I order?

Any shape. Circle, square, rectangle, and oval are ready to choose, and you can upload a fully custom die-cut shape as well, from a wrench for a repair shop to a flower for a florist. You can build your shape in the magnet maker.

Is there a setup fee for custom shapes?

No. We cut any custom shape with no setup or tooling fees, so an unusual shape costs the same to set up as a standard one.

What sizes are available?

Standard sizes are 2 by 2, 3 by 3, 4 by 4, and 5 by 5 inches, and you can enter a custom size to fit your design. They go from 1 by 1 inch up to 52 by 72 inches.

What is the minimum order?

Orders start at 25 magnets, with the per-unit price dropping as the quantity goes up. For large or recurring runs, our enterprise team can quote any volume at enterprise@jukeboxprint.com.

How fast can I get my magnets?

Standard turnaround is one business day. If you need them sooner, Same Day service is available as a rush add-on at checkout.

Are your magnets waterproof and built for outdoor use?

Yes. The material is waterproof and resistant to wear, so magnets hold up on cars, lockers, and other surfaces through weather and daily handling. More on outdoor use and how long they last.

How thick are your magnets?

Our custom magnets are 1mm thick, about twice the thickness of the roughly 0.5mm stock used for most budget promotional magnets. They feel substantial and lie flat, while staying flexible enough for gently curved surfaces like car doors. More on why thickness affects hold.

Can I print in full color and on both sides?

Yes. Magnets print in full color with sharp detail, single sided or double sided, and you can add white ink under the artwork to make bold designs pop. See printing photos on magnets.

Can I add rounded corners?

Yes. Rounded corners are a free option you can turn on at checkout.

Will I see a proof before printing?

Yes. Every order includes a free digital proof. Review the online PDF proof before we print, or choose run as is if your file is ready to go.

What surfaces do the magnets stick to?

Do you ship to the US and Canada?

Yes. Shipping is free to both Canada and the USA on orders over $75, and orders over $75 also include 50 free stickers.
